Pros

Great benefits. 5 medical plans with a great benefit structure. It's easy to get by here if you just do what you're told. It's a good place to start your professional experience.

Cons

Possibly too many to fit in this box. There is little to no room for advancement unless you speak Chinese. In fact, there is serious discrimination going on here against people who are not Chinese or related to management. The Chinese culture is very overwhelming here. No other culture is allowed to exist or coexist. Cultural or ethnic diversity in a professional role and management is nonexistent. The company and its management does not care about its employees because the CEO does not care about its employees. The CEO and other executive management will NEVER acknowledge your existence. It's so sad to have seen so many people come and go. They don't care about retaining you as an employee. They believe everyone is replaceable, it doesn't matter how many times they have to find replacements. I've warned you. Don't be surprised when you realize it for yourself.

Pros

Growing industry, the Sugar Land headquarters is a nice facility.

Cons

The organization does not position itself as caring about the individual development of its individual people they need in order to stay around. The company is exclusively focused on the growth of the organization and meeting a staffing headcount, that it completely disregards the value of putting its actual people first. Then leadership has the audacity to wonder why the attrition is so high, especially from the non exempt departments. People will not stay here and deal with condescending leadership, passive aggressive or not, and inequitable pay for long hours and work task well above the titles you insist on keeping them in. Lack of a nepotism clause, lack of leadership or any real change initiatives, inequitable pay, condescending leadership, treatment of non exempt employees as a second class workforce.
