Pros

Yeah like, this place is pretty kool only if you like tormenting yourself for fun šŸ˜ Pretty good place if you’re broke/pocketless/breadless/nearly homeless The schedule is pretty cool too for salary workers, 72+ HOURS A WEEK no overtime pay 😭 If you ever feel worthless, this place will reinforce those feelings for you :) This company is in a place called Sugarland soo cute 🄰

Cons

I go home crying, when I finish work after 8pm HR are friendly ppl but they will not help you against this companies’ aggressive management, but they gave me a job at least šŸ˜ Not enough parking spots in my opinion, I’m very blind so I need to take up two parking spots and this company can’t even accommodate me Average Engineer life expectancy is like 1 year lol

Pros

Growing industry, the Sugar Land headquarters is a nice facility.

Cons

The organization does not position itself as caring about the individual development of its individual people they need in order to stay around. The company is exclusively focused on the growth of the organization and meeting a staffing headcount, that it completely disregards the value of putting its actual people first. Then leadership has the audacity to wonder why the attrition is so high, especially from the non exempt departments. People will not stay here and deal with condescending leadership, passive aggressive or not, and inequitable pay for long hours and work task well above the titles you insist on keeping them in. Lack of a nepotism clause, lack of leadership or any real change initiatives, inequitable pay, condescending leadership, treatment of non exempt employees as a second class workforce.
