Salary is extremely low compared to market. Growth is practically non-existent. There are a ton of middle-managers who don't really do anything other than stall you or lie to prevent you from getting a promotion/raise. They are extraordinarily slow at getting you anything you need to do your work and you might have to fight for it (like how in the heck does a developer have to beg for a laptop LOL)
