Pros
I came to Axle for a specific position. However, in less then a year, I was able to move to a similar role that offered additional opportunities within the company. The additional opportunities have really allowed my career to take off. I was able to learn and implement new skills that I acquired through training and experience provided by Axle. The culture is one of positivity and leadership is always approachable. The benefits are excellent, better then other benefits offered by large companies i've worked with before. Overall, a solid positive experience.
Cons
A few small nitpicks that are directly related to the corporate office location. The office location requires paid parking, either daily or montly. While Axle offers a discount on the monthly parking rate, I still find it annoying to pay for parking in any suburb area. The other is that there are no food options within the building and there's only one food option is within walking distance. Other options require a car or uber to get to.
