Pros
The flexibility of work life balance has been a game changer for me. My opinion is listened to and I am given the runway to do projects I am passionate about and to collaborate with my peers on every level. To be successful at this company you need to have the ability to stand on your own but build the right relationships at the same time. The amount of belief and support I have among my peers makes me enjoy everyday.
Cons
No free parking. I wish some of the benefits kicked in at 6 months instead of 1 yr (parental, tuition reimbursement).
