Connectivity problems make it frustrating when working in areas with poor service, and syncing isn't always reliable. It also feels like many features are built with the office in mind instead of the technicians who use the app all day. Workflows can be clunky, and small changes often require multiple screens or extra steps. Instead of making my day more efficient, it sometimes adds unnecessary administrative work. Customer feedback doesn't always seem to translate into meaningful product improvements, and updates occasionally introduce new issues while leaving long-standing ones unresolved.
