      There are employees at the company who are genuinely trying to do a good job. These employees face a daily grind of trying to make sense of a job that is driven by obtuse leadership.

      Great pay and benefits. Had a lot of autonomy and space to work on projects.

      Cons

      As mentioned in headline, there are a couple guys who hold too much unofficial power and can really derail your efforts if you get on their bad side or if they feel threatened by your success. Current employees will know who I am talking about.
