Pros

They have good 401k benefits

Cons

- Horrible Work life balance, managers will expect you to respond after midnight regularly - Unclear direction from management. - No room for growth, title changes don't come with pay increases. - No raises based on inflation - No work based raises. - Rework and redesign is never ending, projects get redesigned every 6 months, leads to nothing getting produced and teams end up pointing fingers. - Toxic management, multiple different employees would cry during meetings from harsh, unprofessional behavior - Unclear employee standing, managers are not clear about status of employees, expectation being met, etc.. - Controlling CEO with no regard for realistic expectations. Wants projects done in half the time while cutting team sizes in the middle of a project. Design teams severely underpaid while being required to redesign projects from scratch 10+ times leading to greater slowdowns followed by more complaints -Overall this a really horrible place to work, the company is contingent really only on one contract, management is unclear, unprofessional and seemingly disjunct. They pay a fraction the market rate for their employees while expecting workers to produce at 200% capacity working 16+ hours a day. No ability to progress your career. Had I known what I know now I'd stay away at all costs.

Pros

Great pay and benefits. Had a lot of autonomy and space to work on projects.

Cons

As mentioned in headline, there are a couple guys who hold too much unofficial power and can really derail your efforts if you get on their bad side or if they feel threatened by your success. Current employees will know who I am talking about.
