Pros

Good Culture, good work environment

Cons

Job security is uncertain, especially for employees who are on the bench, as continued employment is not guaranteed without a client assignment. Once assigned to a client, there is little to no opportunity to transfer or explore other client engagements, which can limit career growth and professional development. The company follows U.S. holidays instead of Philippine holidays, requiring employees to work during local holidays to meet business needs. Compensation does not feel competitive considering the workload, expectations, and level of responsibility. There is constant pressure to meet performance metrics, creating a high-stress work environment with limited recognition or rewards for strong performance. Overall, the company feels like a high-risk, low-reward workplace, where the demands and uncertainty often outweigh the benefits.

Pros

CoDev has incredible people that care about what they do and the difference they are making. CoDev is people focused and also driven to make a positive difference in the world for both our people and our customers.

Cons

There is a lot of innovation happening at CoDev and so improvements are constantly being worked on. If change is hard, or constant iteration to improve, CoDev may be a challenging place to be. If you're willing to jump in and create improvement and order, it's a great place to be.

Then the owner sold it and the new company is just different.
