The company culture is also very positive and supportive, which has contributed to a pleasant work experience. I feel confident that if I ever need to make adjustments to my schedule or workload, my needs will be taken into consideration. Overall, I am very happy to be working for such a flexible and stress-free company. It has made a big difference in my overall job satisfaction and has allowed me to be more productive and focused on my work. Only except I decided not to work on graveyard shifts anymore that made me leave the company and go back to freelancing or morning shifts .
