Working here gives me exposure to a variety of clients and strategic projects. There's plenty of collaboration across teams, and different perspectives are welcomed. The leadership trusts people to get the job done but is available to offer support if needed. Communication is open, and people work together to find the best solutions. The pay and benefits are pretty good. Another strong point is that the environment encourages professional growth, making it suitable for people with long-term plans.

Great planning skills are necessary because there are usually multiple projects to handle.

Why it is important to highlight positive aspects of this workplace when I had such a miserable experience? I would not bother.

• Leadership made terrible decisions and kept employees in the dark until it was far too late. The arrogance was impossible to ignore. • Poor decisions left employees constantly guessing expectations while working exhausting hours just to keep everything together. • The endless disorder, lack of pay, and zero career growth made leaving the best decision for my future.
