Pros

Flexible/remote work locations, reasonable benefits, dedicated employees at the Paulsboro location.

Cons

Easily dismisses employees that have invaluable knowledge that enables sales/client satisfaction. Inconsistent internal processes. Internal systems do not allow employees or clients to perform tasks easily or effectively. There are a lot of "bandaids" instead of investing in functional backend systems which leads to low productivity. CC believes in layoffs to make their numbers instead of developing plans to recoup/rebound. Very poor management. Several VP/upper management turnovers in sales, solution services, and back end processes. There are some VPs that do not contribute or perform however say the "right things" to their management to stay employed. Internal BUs extremely unorganized which results in duplication of efforts, role confusion, high CSAT issues, and low productivity.

Pros

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Cons

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
