Pros

I cannot think of any pros working here.

Cons

1. The team lead will shout unreasonably in front of the whole team for no reason. Did not happen to me but I was shadowing a person who joined the company few months back and she made some mistake while assigning to the ticket. Team lead came into our call and yelled at her for 20 minutes, did not let her speak a word and asked her to keep quite until he finishes. 2. They pay 17$/hour only, with not so great benefits at all. No reimbursement for your work from home office equipment. 3. The person I was shadowing for the training used to ask me to take 12 minutes break and 25 minutes lunch only not 2*15 minutes break and 30 minutes for the lunch. 4. One person I was shadowing for one day told me that he always works after hours to complete the tickets he couldn't when answering the calls when I asked him to leave when my shift was done. 5. Last and the most important thing, there is no formal training thing in place. There is no one to introduce you to the system, nothing at all. You just see people answering the calls for two weeks and then you start doing your job from the 3rd week and if you make a mistake, team lead will yelled at you.

Pros

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Cons

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
