Pros

Great company to work for. Company cares about people on the personal level and are willing to help you grow.

Cons

Bonus scheme isn't the motivator they think it can be.

Pros

You spend 98% of your time working with and communicating with your client employer. If that's a good fit, it's wonderful.

Cons

If the client terminates your role, it's likely you'll be laid off by Control Risks - unless they have a very specific role in-house or with another client to offer to you. If you're laid off by CR, it's unlikely you'll be paid severance.
