They have the worst managers in the world. Everybody is so pressured to hit their quotas that some are willing to do unethical things to reach them. Partners doing analyst work so they can reach their billable hours. Work is distributed within their own cliques and not thinking about the right person for the job. It is a disservice to their clients! Jerks are usually the ones that are able to grow...especially if you are a white good looking guy!
