Pros

They have a good solid foundation to work with.

Cons

I really felt like I was back in high school. Our manager made several inappropriate comments and when brought up it is like it never happened. There was obvious favoritism. They say we’re a family and family is our priority but you have to be 100% available or get ready to hear about it.

Pros

High volume sales and great pay

Cons

They work you like a slave, there is no work-life balance, and most people end up divorced and in the hospital due to the insane amount of stress. Average tenure is 3 years for this position, but if you can stick it out for 3 years, it's potentially life-changing money. They have intentionally created an environment where only the strong survive. Have an exit-strategy and a back up plan for when things hit the fan.
