      Pros

      The sales teams are wonderful!!

      Cons

      -The company doesn't put anything into marketing. So expect to do this on your own. -Favoritism is the work environment, so expect to have the least desirable locations without making your time worth being there. -The corporate office will promise you the moon and stars and even pep you up at the Monday meetings, but this is only because they make a hefty salary and quarterly bonus if sales are being made by all their team members.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
