Pros
This is probably one of the most supportive work environments I've ever been in. Everyone's door is open (literally). I've worked for many different types of leaders in the past; I really can't think of a time other than working at D.R. Horton where I had a manager that was always available for help. Same for the rest of the leadership team. And this is coming from someone who has quite a bit of anxiety asking questions. Also, it's really nice to be at a place where I leave work at work when I head home for the night. I don't stress about this job at home over the weekend. I don't open up my inbox on Monday morning to thirty thousand emails (unlike the last company I worked for!). I have worked at some truly terrible places where nothing ever changed and leadership was either nonexistent or....not great. It's a relief to finally be somewhere that appreciates their employees and makes sure everyone's set up for success.
Cons
It's freezing sometimes in the office :D
