There are too many pros to list, DRHorton is a great company that takes care of it's employees to the highest standard. We offer every benefit available in a career and provide you with everything you need to be successful. We are the #1 builder in America and have been for the past 12 years. We sell a home every 10 seconds and out sell our closet competitor by 50 %. Prior to working at D R Horton my wife and I had been looking for a house for 1 1/2 years, with-in one month of working with the company I closed on one of their homes. I would recommend any one work for them or purchase one of their homes. Best career choice I've ever made. Not to mention they give us the option to take 2 whole days off a week, every week.
Cons
N/A...... Though I will say being in sales, if you don't make a sale then you don't get paid. I know some "sales people" look at this as a con, it's not. It's motivation to be successful & to stay busy. If you don't see it that way you may need to think about something other than sales.
