      Company isn't going anywhere. Best in nation for 13 years by volume.

      Cons

      Good Ol' boys club. If you don't hunt or fish, be prepared to be ostracized. If you are a woman, be prepared to have your butt slapped or be treated lesser than male counterparts.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
