Pros

Health Insurance/Benefits, Walk-Ins, Networking, Inventory,

Cons

If you don't hit your numbers they will terminate you. I had the unfortunate experience of being placed in communities where they would release homes backing up to rock quarry's that released a thousand cockroaches onto properties I was allowed to sell, or in a community that was blocked off from the public being able to easily access it, and a community where the homes they had left backed up to a trailer park- so my time there was pretty stressful considering the sales numbers I had to hit were hard to touch with the difficult homes in place I had to sell. Also if you're not up on your game and there is a huge competitive nature to your team, the sharks will really work hard at selling your inventory from beneath you. Management was also sub par.

Pros

You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

Cons

Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

Pros

High volume sales and great pay

Cons

They work you like a slave, there is no work-life balance, and most people end up divorced and in the hospital due to the insane amount of stress. Average tenure is 3 years for this position, but if you can stick it out for 3 years, it's potentially life-changing money. They have intentionally created an environment where only the strong survive. Have an exit-strategy and a back up plan for when things hit the fan.
