      Pros

      The opportunity to make money will not be an issue. There will be a constant inventory of homes available for sale. Although be prepared to make and receive most of your commission in a 3-5 month cycle. You will need to budget your earnings for the rest of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic work environments lead to negative consequences for employees. Leadership has established a culture based on fear and intimidation. You will work 12-14 hours a day and be prepared to work every Saturday and Sunday. You will be permitted to take 2 weekends off in a 365-day period.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
