Unprofessional, uneducated, lack of respect and integrity, bully and incompetent staff. I do not recommend anyone working here in the customer care department (Warranty) Do your research before moving forward. The HR and corporate does not do anything to improve things in the workplace. Everyone quits and leaves. There’s a very high turn over rate. Dont be fooled. Very negative, hostile work environment. Stay away from the Managers Maria Magadaleno & Edwin Vasquez.
