Pros

National Builder with over 40 years of industry experience.

Cons

Sales requires a person to be willing to work most holidays and all but a few weekends. That is at any new home builder.

Pros

-Area Manager was great. Felt supported overall by them. Work life balance was pretty solid. -Training when I started was great, however, I know for other it has become non existent.

Cons

The New director of construction, is the worst boss I have ever had. Constantly belittles, does not encourage growth, will blame you for mistakes that were his fault in delays. If you’re looking to work in the Eastern PA region, he is the sole reason for the high turnover. -benefits were ok. You do not get the better health insurance until two years in. Having a child during that time made the hospital bill big.
