      Was fun in terms of lots of opportunity to get involved in areas of the business outside of your core role. The people were great too.

      Cons

      Pretty unstable industry so always on the knifes-edge of an economic downturn.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
