Pros
Everybody working here - be it in my department, location or beyond - has been very visibly invested in my wellbeing and my success at the company. There's no such thing as a stupid question. The training provided is phenomenal, this is the first time I've been in this type of role and the instructors quickly dispelled any notion I had that I was out of my depth at all. The pay is also very reasonable with targets being achievable.
Cons
There is a small amount of pressure on you to hit your quota, but even this is somewhat mitigated by the support offered.
