Pros

Get to interact with people.

Cons

They pay a fixed amount. Drivers drive tons of miles with own cars. Do the math and you figure you're not making squat. How they can get away with making 1099 contractors work like an employee has to be illegal. Somebody needs to look into it.

If you’re looking at older reviews of this company, it’s important to know that things have completely changed. Under the new leadership, the culture has been revitalized. It is now an amazing place to work where employees actually feel supported. The previous 'drama' is gone, and in its place is a professional, high-energy environment. I genuinely look forward to coming in every day.
