Affordable and comprehensive benefits are extremely important to us, and has and will continue to be a focus area for Dynamic as part of our mission to “empower our team to better themselves, their families and others”. Insurance costs have continued to rise, and we have been actively working to reduce increases and provide insurance benefits that support health at both major medical facilities in La Crosse. We’ve also eliminated the stress of starting a new job by offering benefits eligibility the 1st of the month following the start date, as well as a robust PTO offering of 3 weeks in the first year, and 4 weeks in the second year. With that said, we again thank you for your feedback and will continue to monitor our insurance closely in order to provide the best service to our team.
