Pros

At this point in time I can not give an opinion about the 'pros'.

Cons

Heavy emphasis on public perception and impressions. Early on it seems to be all about GlassDoor scores and buzz words. Small Hint of disingenuous. No 401K matching. Bonuses based on 'uncontrollable and difficult to measure' factors.

Thank you for your input, many great topics. And even a bigger thanks for reaching out in person so I was able to get more insight to your thoughts, great insight that I can work with the leaders to improve. I also learned that we need to do a better job communicating why we are doing what we are doing. Finally, thanks for offering to review the 2020 bonus plan for the Delivery Pods, it will be great to also get your input before we finalize this. Thanks for helping making Enavate even better!

Pros

Enavate's current atmosphere is one of team building and opportunity. There is a lot of career growth to be had if you approach the job with the right mindset. The career growth often leads to promotions for existing team members. Benefits are pretty nice, especially the unlimited PTO and not having to worry about how many days you can take off each year. Employees are empowered to bring their ideas forward and guide their own role in some capacity. There is a lot of flexibility in the roles and how individuals can contribute to the overall company vision.

Cons

Enavate is a business at the end of the day. Sometimes that means difficult decisions must be made about layoffs and reductions. That is the unfortunate reality for most companies, not just Enavate. Company goals tend to be overly optimistic. It's great to aim for the stars. But sometimes it's hard to translate those goals into actionable items for the individual teams.
