Pros
The benefits are good, the people are nice. The stress is remarkably low for a call center job. There are advancement opportunities on a consistent basis. There are not too many shift bids, which means you get to stay in one shift for as long as you like and there aren't too many manager changes which allows you to create a good working relationship with a manager for an extended period of time.
Cons
The pay. I hate to say it but it does not pay what it should for the type of work.
