Pros
Working for Express Scripts is an opportunity to contribute positively to making healthcare in America better. Every day, I have an opportunity to help patients get their medications, and to help make medication more affordable. I have been extremely happy in my job for more than 15 years. The people are great, the compensation is fair, and while sometimes the job is hard and demanding, that's because we have important work to do. Anything worth doing is not going to be easy. On the whole, this is a great company and I would recommend working here anytime I am asked.
Cons
I would love more opportunities for growth and promotion. But I recognize that is not always possible. That said, Express Scripts has made sure my good work is always recognized and rewarded, even if a promotion isn't possible.
