Pros
New leadership has set a positive vision and tone for the company, from investing in wellness and professional development programs to allowing jeans all summer long (and maybe beyond!). Great people. Everyone I've worked with wants to pitch in, shows passion for the company and their job, and is willing to go above and beyond. A driven group of professionals.
Cons
The company runs lean - if you're looking for lots of outside consultant help, easy approval to add positions, or lots of warm and fuzzy perks, this isn't the place. If you want to contribute and are willing to work for results - even if it means putting in some weekend and evening hours during peak times - then you'll fit right in.
