To many bad apples in Administration. Supervisor racists , hitting on young girls, hiring ppl with conflicted interest, threatening not to use Human Recouses, not following SOP . Would never want to return.... seen to much so was terminated .

really boring. the work is real copy and paste and it becomes exhausting repeating the same thing over and over for 8 hours and it's not for you if you're not good with sales

Supervisors nitpick everything, treated like a robot. Forced overtime and treated like a dog

When I first started with this company in the Billing & Enrollment Department we were given the work we were trained on. After Covid all that changed and now it seems we are given work that should be done by another department that is at a higher pay scale. Almost feels like we are doing management or supervising lead work load and too much pressure for the pay scale.Every week is something different and never consistency. Plus new hires are getting hired in at the current pay most of us that have been with the company 2 or more years are at and that is not fair. When we started out it was around 15hr hired in and most of us now make around 18-19 hr which is what new hires with less experience are making so I feel that our pay scale should be increased taken that into consideration. As inflation costs are rising and it’s not fair that a new hire makes the same amount as the ones with years of experience

There are some great people that work there but the leadership does not provide the correct tools needed to do the job correctly and they are not flexible when you have a family emergency.

your constantly getting trained thru 10 minute intervals that are not very trainable. They give you so much information in such little time to remember it. No hands on training after that. your on your own,

Poor teamleads and supervisor experience, Constantly micro managing, and poor internal customer service experience
