Pros
Pay is good and they have a GREAT 401K program (You can begin contributing immediately and are fully vested on day one. Also, if you are on the DOD contract, contributions are made to offset health care benefits difference.)
Cons
Incoming callers can be rude and belligerent. Management does not always offer effective support. Employees are sometimes coerced to take on additional skills and duties with no financial reward.
