Worst company I have ever worked for! Sr. Leadership does not care about staff. Everyone is disposable from Sr. VP to Warehouse staff. Visits to local sites from Sr. Leadership are rare. If they do happen, rarely is anytime spent with line level supervisors and below. In fact they will walk right by them without even saying good morning as if they are all beneath them. Instead they meet with Directors and above then after each visit they start a massive push to eliminate employees. Constant push to eliminate those 50 and above to replace with younger cheaper and less experienced staff. The arrogance of this leadership team is beyond describable. If the failing idea was their idea they will stick with it until the stock holders scream mercy, and then they will point fingers in every direction and start cutting heads. If the idea comes from below the VP level it will be humored at best until VP level presents the idea as their own. This senior leadership team is absolutely disgusting
