Business Outlook
Pros
I've been here a long time (15+ years) through many different positions, departments, and management. Like any corporate America job, it has been a roller coaster of both wonderful times, and awful times. The pros in my current position are the flexibility and fantastic co-workers. My boss is amazing, as is his boss.
Cons
I am not sure if I drank the koolaid for so many years or if I was never exposed to the shady side of Express Scripts. I once firmly believed in what we did and felt really good about my work that helped support our patients and this company. Over the past year I've been exposed to a new side that (what I feel) does not have our patient's best interest in mind. It makes me not like what I do anymore.
