Cons
The CEO is surrounded by leaders who are culture killers. I truly believe he wants to improve the work environment and there have been some changes but he will not be able to create the culture he envisions. Every leader who understood how to build a culture (usually legacy Medco) has been let go. Employee engagement can't be very important if the most competent and capable leaders who knew how to deliver results and engage employees were not valued by the current leaders. Tim is out of the loop on these things which is unfortunate. There isn't enough goodwill built up so when the current leadership screws things up culturally the feeling is "here we go again" instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt.
