The growth brought a ton of change, org re-alignments, etc. that often times didn't stick for long. As a result you have a lot of confusion on where the company was headed, who worked under which work stream, etc. yet at the same time you'd almost expect things to change once again. Much is the result of the Medco acquisition and company integration but still did create a lot of inconsistency. Also, depending on your role expect that you may have to put in a LOT of overtime to get things done (whether you are salary or not).
