Pros
Retirement benefits (401k, ESPP) are solid and PTO is several weeks. After several years of upheaval trying to integrate with Medco, the company took a turn for the better with new C suite leadership a couple of years ago. Much more effort being made to listen to employees, and to make meaningful changes.
Cons
Work life balance can be a struggle if you let it. There are careers development programs in place, but very little movement actually occurring internally.
