Pros
Flexible scheduling and reasonable hours for exempt employees Some work from home options Regular employee engagement surveys, and management actually listens to the results and delivers concrete changes. I can only speak for myself, but I am well paid for the work I do.
Cons
There is sometimes a "fly by the seat of our pants" atmosphere, and there are sometimes rapid changes in direction in development, vendor selection ,etc.
