• Constantly restructuring departments and not properly utilizing peoples skillsets o It is impossible to fit a square peg in a round hole • Constantly changing software and not working out discrepancies before launch (new software would miss important attributes of the old) • Work load is unmanageable • No work life balance (60-70 hours/week) • Reward is non-existent for putting work before your family • Management had no transparency • No mutual respect
