Pros
I've had the opportunity to acquire a summer internship at Express Scrips for the technology team and was welcomed with open arms. Being fully engaged, welcoming challenges and felt apart of the bigger picture is what it's all about.
Cons
I think one downhill thing to consider is to remind other coworkers that communication / body language is important. There were times where your questions weren't valuable or if it was being overlooked. Sometimes it didn't mean harm but it was overbearing / stressful at times to withstand on weekly basis.
