Still employed, but keeping my eyes open

Management coming in from ESI needs to work on their people skills. They boast as if they know all and yet they demonstrate that they know very little about effectively running a business. It all starts with the lower tier; the are the foundation of the business. Once they stop treating their employees like slaves, morale should improve. After working for 3 major corporations before ESI, I can honestly state that it has never been a worse time to not be retired.
