Current Employee - Anonymous employee Express Scripts Employee Review

The company is focused on money, to the point that the patients are cheated. Production numbers have increased as moral falls to the pits of hell. Advancement is limited unless you are apart of the "in crowd". Local HR department is of no help & job posting may list for a few hours before they disappear. Some positions are created for select employees. Bonuses were cut, point system was put in place on a computer system that is slow! Those who make more than $40, 000 do little & the pharmacist with the exception of few feel entitled! Run for your life!!!!
