20 PTOs + 6 holidays to start and get more after certain years of service, but starting 2020 they increase holidays to 8 but cap PTO to 23 max unless you are executive, then you can have > 23 PTOs. Casual environment (jeans). In Finance, If you are lucky to have a nice boss that just cares about getting things done instead of babysitting your attendance, you will have WFH option and flexibility. In Finance, Pay raise annually is about 3% or more. Some nice and knowledgeable people.
Cons
Favoritism and nepotism strongly exists in some Finance sub-organization despite lots of efforts touting inclusion, diversity and all positive things. Minority females don’t get fair promotions and recognition although they put in as much or even more effort and accomplishments than their white males coworkers.
