People who are qualified get moved up to help people but give wrong answers. The system is set up to fail the patients. Often patients cannot get meds because of prior authorizations or other things or they have to wait for over a month and get very upset. You are micromanaged. You only get thirty minutes lunch. Lunch schedule and breaks constantly change and you go hours without eating. You are made to work overtime without an adjustment to schedule.
