EXTREMELY rewarding work! The Oncology TRC is full of people that care about the quality of their work and the patients that they serve.
Cons
Everything is based on how much work you do and how fast you can get it done. Sometimes quality can suffer to keep up company quotas. Upward mobility is available in the company, if you fit the profile. The company has policies in place for inclusion, but the feel as if they are only "guidelines" at the Whitestown location, if used at all. Even if you ask, no explanations are given if you are passed on a promotion or what could you do different the next time. Titles are passed out and taken away at will.
