Good Benefits, fair pay, and growth opportunity if you can demonstrate that you want it, and have the skills and work ethic to get it.
Cons
Same as with any large company. Sometimes policies aren't ideal for your situation, but they're fair. Also like other large companies there is a certain amount of office politics that goes on. But take that with a grain of salt, because you'll never find a large company that doesn't.
