Everything except the pay. Nothing too special, but 12.75 to sit and take calls is not bad. But that's where the good starts and ends. Their policies are horrible. They will fire you at the drop of a dime, just because. My training class started with about 25 people and most of them either got fired or quit because it was just horrible. Google worst companies to work for... You'll see what I mean. Luckily, I had another job and was able to quit before they fired me too. Just don't work here...
