Worked for Medco for 5 years; ESI for 2 years, in two years I lost over $10,000 a year in bonuses; Lost working for a company which was customer service driven to one which is bottom line compulsive. Lost empowerment with performing my job with the dedication and integrity which is important to me to one who micromanages; stats are the rule of the day; not customer satisfaction. Went from an environment with opportunity and stability to chaos, discontent and toxic environment. Then they closed and laid off everyone at the Medco site which I was working.
